GUEST TO REVIEW AND RETAIN VALID CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION NUMBER.

SMOKE-FREE HOTEL – PETS NOT ALLOWED. CHECK-IN BEGINS 2PM, CHECK-OUT 11AM: Payment at check-in w/ photo ID and valid bank issued credit card, name must match. We do not accept cash, debit or gift card. On arrival date your credit card must be valid, hotel may process charges. If credit card declines, your reservation cancels immediately.

PARKING POLICY: free parking limited to one (1) car per paid room. Parking limited to car only, no extra parking allowed. Special Events parking decal issued at check-in. Towing enforced.

ROOM RECOVERY FEE $150 MINIMUM APPLIES TO REGISTERED GUEST: fee $150 minimum for violation of hotel pet policy or ADA pet policy, Smoking in non-smoking room or Damage / Removal of hotel goods or property.

ON-LINE TRAVEL AGENT (OTA) RESERVATION NOTICE: To cancel or modify your OTA reservation, you must contact your OTA prior to stated deadline. OTA reservations are commissionable thus hotel unable to assist. Hotel will not honor special rooming request made to OTA. Your OTA reservation is NOT PRE-PAID thus payment required at check-in. Guest to review and retain valid OTA confirmation or cancellation.

NO-SHOW: Your credit card guaranteed room is held until 11AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. Failure to arrive or cancel per stated deadline results in 1 night’s room & tax No-Show charge. Addtional stays cancel, if applicable.

REVISION/CANCELLATION: At no fee, you may cancel or modify this reservation by 12AM (midnight) local hotel time PRIOR to your scheduled arrival date. Should you need to cancel, please do so before the local hotel hold time to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellation number is issued at the time of cancellation provided the reservation is cancelled by the date and time specified in your e-mail confirmation details. Guest to retain valid cancellation number for records in the event of questions regarding cancellation to the guaranteed reservation.
